Who: Me.
What: A mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Where: Japan Sapporo Mission
When: June 4th, 2008.
Why: Because it is what I am supposed to do and what I feel is right for me. To teach others about my church and give service to the people of Japan. To follow a commandment. Because I believe in it with every fiber of my being.

This still seems surreal. I keep looking at the letter, and I still cannot believe it.

Two kids that are in my dorm area got called to Fukuoka. I'm pretty sure we all go in to the MTC the same day. JR goes in a week before me, SW the same day, BDS also. Its gonna be a party! Although 11.5 weeks there? That is a long time. I will probably leave for Japan on August 25th or somewhere around then.

I can't bring black suits. Any idea why? And JR can only do black or dark blue in Russia. That seems odd to me, but I'm sure they have their reasons. I am mildly terrified that my whole life, for two years, has to fit in two suitcases and a backpack.

Less than three months of the real world. Wow.

Life comes at you fast. And it just keeps coming faster.
